What size should I order?
If you are unsure about sizing, please check the measurements noted on the size chart for each product. Because of the unique designs, there may be slight variations in sizing with the different styles.

I see you only offer full sizes. What if I am a half size?
Many women who wear half sizes can comfortably size up or down. If you wear a half size, we typically recommend sizing down, unless you have a wide foot or sometimes size up as our shoes run about ½ a size larger.
I noticed my embellishments/pearls/sequins look different from the photo
Due to the individuality of every hand selected product, there may be small variations in the placement of embellishments as an expression of your pair’s uniqueness. Because of the artisanal craftsmanship and unique designs of certain styles, there may be slight variations from what is pictured.

Shipping and Handling

When can I expect to receive my order?
For standard shipping, it can take up to 7 business days to pack, process, and ship out your order. Typically, your order will be processed within 1 – 5 days from when you place your order which will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1 – 3 business days).

For expedited shipping, we typically pack and process orders within 24 hours and ship out either same day or next day.

For local Las Vegas delivery, we typically pack and process within 24 hours and can send out next day.

How do I change my order?
Typically, orders cannot be changed once they are placed due to how quickly we process orders and shipments. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not provide return shipping labels unless it was a mistake on our part.

Returns & Exchanges 

Our return/exchange policy is valid for 30 days after date of purchase.  Unfortunately, we can not offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days has passed from the day your item(s) were purchased. All returns and exchanges MUST have a Return Approval (RA) # created. RA#s should be written on the outside of the package. If possible, please print the return approval email and send it with the package.

If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you. Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent.

Reasons for denial including but not limited to:

  • Signs of being worn 
  • Item(s) smelling of body odor, smoke, perfume, etc.
  • Excessive animal/human hair

Once the package is received, it may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed (even longer after a launch).

If the item is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If your return is denied, the item(s) will be sent back to you. 

Returns without a RA# created will be returned to you. Please forward your order confirmation e-mail to info@empressall.com to start the return authorization process

We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time. If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.

Late or missing refunds
Packages will be processed on a first come basis. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your item(s) for our returns department to process your refund. You will be notified via email once your order has been refunded. If you haven’t received a refund yet, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted (typically 1 - 5 business days).

Incorrect Items or Sizes
If we made a mistake with your order, or if there is an issue, please email us at info@empressall.com. We will request photo evidence for our records, and provide a return label (domestic only) as well as an RA# if an exchange needs to be made. We must be notified of any defects within 30 days of delivery. Any claims beyond the 30 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.
